CISSP order payment issue

Today, I placed the CISSP payment order at 12:08 PM(IST), just after placing the order I see the message something went wrong and contact us link but the amount of 1177.64 US dollars has been deducted from my account. And in the order history, I'm not able to see the order. Requesting you to please help in resolving the payment issue.

Our apologies for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your exam purchase. Unfortunately, our recent systems upgrade resulted in both immediate and lingering technical issues. We are still working to resolve some of those issues.

I see you are in touch with one of our Exam Administration Coordinators and they will assist you.

Hi, I haven't received update from exam co-ordinator neither a refund has
been received. Could you please help in resolving this ASAP?
