Unable to cancel the exam through the portal

It's giving me an error when trying to cancel the exam appointment. I contacted Pearson Vue, and they have no other way to cancel this other than through ISC2 on weekends. And the exam is scheduled for Monday. I have 48 hours online to cancel, and I'm stuck with no help.

Due to our recent systems upgrade, there are lingering technical issues that we are working to resolve. At present, all teams are working diligently on the backlog of cases caused by the upgrade.
