&lt;P&gt;This issue is only something that can be resolved by our support team. I see that you sent an email to them on May 21 for assistance. I will send a note to my colleague in that team to see if they can escalate your case for a quicker response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear ISC2 Support,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m reaching out to request immediate assistance. I purchased the AI Course Bundle on Monday, May 19, 2025, but I’m still unable to access any of the courses&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the support chat is unresponsive, and the contact I made with your team on the same day has not led to any resolution. I’m still waiting for access to the product I paid for, and this delay is extremely frustrating.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point, I’m seriously reconsidering any future course purchases from ISC2. I would appreciate prompt support to resolve this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Rod&lt;/P&gt;</description>
