topic Nonexistent customer service in Member Support

Due to an error with the ISC2 shopping cart, I was double-charged for the Certified in Cybersecurity course on April 16, 2025. I have been trying to contact customer support by phone, email, and chat for weeks without any success. The one time I did receive a response, the representative sent me troubleshooting instructions for clearing my cookie cache, which had nothing to do with my refund request.

To make matters worse, I cannot even schedule the exam using either of the purchased options due to an error on the ISC2 exam scheduling form. After countless hours trying to reach someone over the past several weeks, I feel as though I have been scammed out of $400 and my time. It’s disappointing because I was considering this certification for my team, but given this experience, I cannot recommend working with them.

Hey Charles, we are sorry to hear about your experience. I've contacted our CX team on your behalf, and they should be in touch with you no later than tomorrow morning via email. Thank you for your patience, and once again, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
