&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you encounter any issues with the ISC2 Dashboard or other new features on our website, please log out of isc2.org, clear your cache and close your browser. Then, reopen your browser and log in to isc2.org. This will resolve most user-reported issues and help improve your experience.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our support team is currently working through all the cases that they received since the site changed on April 16. We appreciate everyone's patience as they send responses out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When attempting to pay the AMF, a pop-up appears preventing me from proceeding with the payment. I did not change my address during the payment process.       <description>&lt;P&gt;After trying to solve the same issue with ISC2 support (which was not possible) the solution was very simple.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The postal code i entered did not match the street/city. After correcting the postal code, the error was gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very simple, but the error message is horrible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
