    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are an Associate, you can submit an endorsement application at any time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As part of that submission you will need to provide evidence that you meet the experience requirement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not believe you meet the experience criteria, and therefore don't have the evidence to submit, why would you want to go through this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you for your reply. I was of the same mindset, however someone that wants to endorse me proposed the question. My goal of asking was to ensure I did not miss something in my thought process.</description>
