Endorsement Clarification

Hi,

I passed my CISSP exam on 20 December and submitted the endorsement request on the same day to ISC2 and there wasn't any updates since then. I don't wish to be caught off guard that it would take more time.

This is what I see on the endorsement page -

Your application has been received by ISC2. We will contact you if any additional information is needed, or when the review of your application is complete.

Is there anyone that I can talk to regarding this?

Hey! endorsement process takes about 4-6 weeks, you should be receiving an update soon. If you don't hear back by the week of the 20th, let me know and Ill pass your info along.

I have yet to get any form of update as of today. May I ask what's holding the update if its possible to share?

I am in the same situation, passed the CGRC on December 20 and submitted the endorsement application the same day. I have yet to hear anything back. What is the typical wait time for these applications?

Hello,

Same for me 2 mails to the support without answers.

Passed the exam on the 17.12.24 with letter, email of provisory passed received and also the provisory letter at the end of the exam.

And I wanted to say that I tried to 2 times to Chat with someone, and after waiting I always had :

"the conversation has been closed" without answer.

I have to admit that my certification process with ISACA for my CISM was much smoother.
