When I go to complete the last section I have to read the Demographic Data Statement and the Account Policy, neither will allow me to close them so I cannot complete the form.

I'm also facing the same problem while registering for the exam, it doesn't allow me to redirect to the Pearson Vue website. It says, "Error HTTP GET on resource 'https://mule-worker-internal-isc2-mule-logging-sapi-prod.us-e1.cloudhub.io:8092/isc2-mule-logging-sapi/candidateDemographicData' failed:Connect timeout. Please rectify it as soon as possible from your end, as I'm very excited for my first exam on this platform. What's the reason behind this, can anyone please tell me if you know the solution for this concern.

Yeah I am having this issue now in July 2025. The modal pop-up window has no close X button so you cannot agree to the terms & submit the form. So frustrating🫤🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I am going through the same thing. December 1st 2025. No X button to exit so I can agree to terms. Frustrated. Help…????
