Member support number - is there anyone manning the call?

hi,

i was scheduled to take CISSP exam today however due to Gout and Fever i had to forego today's exam session. Contacted pearson vue and was told to call the ISC2 number. I am based in Singapore as such contacted the APJ contact us number but not one picked up the call since 9am GMT+8 can you believe this? at 4pm gmt+8 i tried calling the EMEA number and same thing no one answered the call. Is the number even valid to begin with?

last resort, i ended up filling in the web form and hopefully someone from ISC2 will get back to me. I still don't understand why even bother to put contact us but none picked up the phone call and seriously the service level to get back to members - please, you guys need much improvement for all the membership and the cost of taking exams. I hope someone from ISC2 can reach out to me on how to reschedule my exam. i have valid medical certs from the doctor.
