Completed CC and Paid Fees but No Certificate or Membership Issued

I passed my Certified in CyberSecurity over a week ago and paid my membership fees.

Up to now, I have yet to receive my certification or membership confirmation.

I have contacted support multiple times via email and live chats, and I have received no responses. I appreciate if someone would respond. It's disappointing that a supposedly renowned organisation would have such a poor system and process in place.
