CISSP Endorser is not getting email

Is there a problem with the endorsement portal or system?

I passed my CISSP exam on Dec 11 and submitted the endorsement application on Dec 13 but my endorser (CISSP holder) still not getting any email from ISC2 nor anything on his endorsement homepage.

My endorsement status still showing:

You submitted your application on 12/13/2023. Your application is currently with <my endorser> for review.

Chat support only provide the standard instruction to check and not too useful really.

I also encountered the same problem. CISSP endorser seems to have not received the email.
