Thank you for reaching out via the ISC2 Community board.

Please send an email to membersupport@isc2.org and ask them to update your email address and merge your accounts.
I see you have created a new account with a new email address. The two accounts will have to be merged.

In your email, please tell them which email you want to use as your primary email address.

And be sure to tell them which account you have your exam scheduled on. Your ISC2 ID number for the correct ISC2 account will be on your Exam Appointment emails from Pearson VUE.
