Issues while registering as a Member

Hi,

I gave a CC exam in Jan 2024 and after that I am trying to register myself to be member of ISC2 so that I can move forward in my Journey of Cyber security. However, I am facing issue in becoming the member, getting below error.

I have sent the mail for the same multiple times, but did not receive any response until today. I even tried to ping them on Linkedin but no response. Can someone in this group can help me resolve the issue.

Congratulations on passing your CC exam! I'm sorry to learn you've had such difficulty with your certification application.

I have reviewed our records and found you have multiple accounts. In addition, there is a typo in your primary email address which is causing multiple issues. I have let our Customer Experience team know this and they will be working to merge your accounts and update your primary email address.

They will reach out to you and let you know when the merge has been completed.
