Official Exam Results not received

Hi, writing this hoping I get some clarity.
I provisionally passed my CISSP exam about 10 days ago (March 23rd). I was told that it would take about 2-5 business days to receive my official results and email to begin the endorsement process but when I called to follow up I was told they hadn’t received my results. I’m curious what’s going on. A bit discouraging having spent months studying for the exam after my first attempt didn’t go well. Now that I’ve passed it seems like I can’t get an answers or clarity.

Hi, I have the same issue with my CCSP exam. I provisionally passed on the 19th of July and still waiting for confirmation. Did your issue ever get resolved?

Yes, it took about 2 weeks but I did have to call ISC2 as there was an issue getting my results from the testing site (nothing I did wrong but just a problem at the test center). They recieved them and sent my official notice soon after!
