[CC] The competency is stuck at 99%

Hi all,

I would like to know that I have already taken the final assessment but the competency is stuck at 99% and I cannot retake. What should I do next? Can someone let me know? Thanks.

I have sent the email to membersupport@isc2.org but nobody supports me yet and the competency is still stuck at 99% and I cannot retake the exam. What should I do next? Can you help advise me? Thanks.
