CC Final Assessment

Recently, I completed the CC ISC2 course final assessment. To receive the final assessment certification, competency progress should be at 100%, but I scored 99%. It doesn't show options to retake the exam. How can I resolve this and obtain the certificate?

I am currently experiencing a similar situation too. I mailed the member service platform and hoping to hear from them soon.

I have a minimum of 70% accuracy in each of the 5 domains (which was the prerequisite for the 100% competency as well). I do not know why it is stuck in the 99% whatsoever.

Yep, same here, I have at least 70% accuracy in all 5 domains, and I am still gatekept at 99%.
