Cannot pay AMF due to outstanding CPEs

My AMF is due next saturday and I found last week that I cannot pay it while I do not have enough CPEs in the bank. Thing is that I have two completed News & Insights quizzes which are not accounted for. Today I read that CPEs from those quizes should be added in the first week of the next month.

Trying to figure out how to deal with the situation I have contacted via e-mail, but have not had a response yet.

I have called the european phone number, but pressing digits to get past the options menu does not work.

I have started a chat online, but this gets closed before I get a response.

Any advice on how to handle this would be appreiated.

Is there a grace period where I can let my certification lapse and pay my AMF asap after those CPEs come through? Should I manually add those CPEs?
