CPEs not added for News and Insights Quizzes

Hello All,

I completed 6 News and Insights Quizzes which amounts to 12 CPEs, however this does not show up in my CPE count.

This was completed on the 20th August 2023.

Any help how can this be sorted out because in my view this should be added automatically.
