CC EXAM RE-SCHEDULING

I tried re-scheduling my CC exam on the Pearson Vue website but I got this notification on the completion page.

"The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted and the discount has restrictions (100% off promo for the CC Exam valid until 12/31/2023). The new appointment does not satisfy the following restriction: This discount cannot be used with appointments scheduled after 30 Apr 2024".

Is this an indication that the exam can not be rescheduled, i have an important work training on the 30th of April which is the same day I have scheduled for this exam, it is not possible to miss my training that is why the only option is to reschedule my CC exam to a later date.

I would appreciate it if there is a way to achieve this.
