Hello, I passed CC Exam in Jan, 2024. I hadn't paid for the AMF payment till March 29.

On that day, I received a notification email regarding the AMF payment deadline for my dues, with a due date of March 31, 2024. However, when I tried to pay through the provided link, I encountered an error message stating that my organization had reached its allotment of free courses and exams or that the Organization ID did not match.

Subsequently, I attempted to make the payment through the official ISC2 website, but encountered another error message stating that my credit card transaction was declined, despite receiving confirmation from my bank of a successful transaction.

I have sent multiple emails seeking assistance, but have yet to receive any response from isc2.
