I Booked CC exam and i got email to allow 7 business days to receive any exam vouchers purchase

Adminlearn emailed me this "Please allow 7 business days to receive any exam vouchers purchased as part of your order"

and i was not able to schedule date, time and exam center for my CC exam. Please I need a guide or a confirmation if i am on the right path. I booked the exam on the 18th March 2024; though 7 business day is still counting.

What is the next step after the 7th business day?

There is no voucher for the CC exam when you become an ISC2 Candidate https://www.isc2.org/candidate

You will find your access to the one (1) free CC exam on the Candidate Benefits page. Login is required.
