CISSP renewal application?

Not having any luck getting an email response from member support.

I completed 120 hours and paid the fee. I have read on other sites that a renewal application is needed but not finding anything on the ISC2 site. Is this true, and if yes where can I find that application?
My digital badge is showing expired unless you click on it and see end of Feb expiration, which is a little frustrating

I have the same question. I have completed my CPE within a year but can't find an option to renew.
