Hi Team,

I have created isc2 account in past and I forgot now i have created account and trying to add free CC course in MyCourse its showing

There was a problem processing your authentication

Your username/password was invalid or your particular user does not exist on our system.

If you have any questions please see your system administrator.

Kindly resolve this issue.

for some strange reason after i tried 4 times the 4th time it got fixed
