ISC2 CISSP date discrepancy

My profile says "CISSP awarded on February 02, 2024", but on my certificate, the certification cycle is Mar 1, 2024 - Feb 28, 2027. Does this mean I am only fully certified starting on March 1 2024?

yes I did.

So apparently the certificate for the CISSP comes in cycles and always starts on the 1st of the month. So even though I paid my fees on Feb 2, it already missed the Feb 1st cycle. So, I am only fully certified until March 1st.
