Third Party paying for CISSP

Hello,

I will attempt to make this short and hopefully clearly express my questions.

In 2023 I passed my CC and paid my AMF. I now have a state agency (Vocational Rehabilitation) willing to pay for my CISSP Voucher, 90-day Self-Paced Training, the AMF, and even the three (3) CISSP books (Study Guide, Test Questions, and CBK). They are also considering the Retake Voucher Option.

I have emailed membership and training, requesting a PO with both of the above options and still not heard anything. With the Retake Voucher needing to be purchased by 1/31/24 and they are a state government entity, the request still has to be approved by upper management and then a way that they may pay directly to ISC2.

Since this is time sensitive (and I'm in the process of moving), I'm trying to present to them that this is a good investment.

Last question, I have 25+ years in IT, 20'ish in IT Management/Director, and almost 15 in Healthcare (HIPAA Security Officer). How do I prove 5 years experience in at least 2 of the 8 domains?
