I'm new to ISC2 and passed my first exam over a week ago. I get an error every time I try to fill out an endorsement application saying that my account is not fully provisioned.

I sent a message to support and in the mean time did some searching only to find out that this is a seemingly common occurrence here. The chat function on the website doesn't seem to work and I just get timed out every time. Nobody answers the phone when you call support even though it's during business hours and they have a daily message with the correct date.

With how well respected this company's certs are, I can't believe the level of support (or lack thereof) that exists.
