Do Renewing Certifications Get New Printed Certificates?

Have had my certifications renew but no new printed certificates sent. I assumed they would not, but heard that in the past ISC2 would send out updated certificates.

Hi @BrianF - no, we do not send out Welcome Kits for renewed certifications. You should see a refreshed digital certificate in your member dashboard if you'd like to print one with the new dates and board signatures.

I just renewed my CAP certification (now CGRC). Will ISC2 send a new lapel pin that reflects the new name?
