topic CISSP endorsement problems in Member Support

Hello everyone,

I could already read that the process takes a long time. But:

I passed my final exam on November 24th, 2023 and submitted my application on November 27th, 2023. The review was carried out by a CISSP certified colleague. There was probably a problem here and my colleague had opened a support ticket about it. Support said there was a technical problem and my colleague should have been patient. In my endorsement status I can now see that the colleague has now completed the review and it has currently been forwarded to ISC2. Since then there has been no change in status. I have also written an email several times, which have not yet been answered. I urgently need feedback as my employer requires certification. He paid for these.

Many thanks for your support.
