unable to access pearson vue to re-schedule the exam.

I am logged into https://www.isc2.org/ and when I click "My Exams" from the drop down menu, I do not see any exams. It takes me to this link https://my.isc2.org/s/ISC2-Pearson to setup pearson vue account.

I have sent an email to "membersupportapac@isc2.org" they haven't responded back yet. I am unable to re-schedule my exam which is scheduled for this week. I have tried calling customer service but nobody answered. This is very frustrating as I need to re-schedule it within 48hrs.

It looks like someone was able to assist you in rescheduling your exam.

If anyone else is having this same issue, please use the same email address for both PearsonVue and (ISC)2.
