Credly not updating digital badges

My SSCP renewed in July. My Credly badge link shows that my SSCP has expired. Does anyone know if there is a process one must do? When I log in to Credly my certification is not even showing.

Very frustrating while in the process of a job search.

Hello Cynth, I figured it out. I called (ISC)2 yesterday at (727) 785-0189. Tell the rep that you need for them to send updated information from (ISC)2 to Credly. Tool little time to complete. Maybe 8 minutes.
