Error: register fon an exam "More than 1 Record Present with Supplied ID"

Hello Support, I receive this error: "More than 1 Record Present with Supplied ID" when I click on submit in the https://my.isc2.org/s/ISC2-Pearson url and can not be redirected.

I am trying to book for my CISSP ISSMP exam without success, any help please? My ID is 618350

Hi,

I'm also having the same issue. I need to schedule my exam for next Tuesday and I'm unable to do it because of that error message.

Last week I went on and tested the registration to see what date were available to schedule the exam. No I'm trying to register for the exam, and I see the same error.

I'm getting the same error, were you able to fix this error? if so please let me know, I've send them emails and tried to contact their support multiple times, but no feedback came from the support.

Hi, yes, in may case they found two accounts, so they merged them, with
that solved I could proceed. Write them to membersupport@isc2.org
