Do I need to pay a AMF of 50 $ every single year to maintain my certificate or it is one time fee????

1)After passing the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) Online Self-Paced exam whether it is compulsory to pay $50 USD
to get certificate?
2) Every year I have to pay $50 USD to maintain my certificate?
