i became an (ISC)2 candidate with my one mail but i registered for cc exam with my other email . will my exam be cancelled or not?

and where i can find my username from which i have to login for test at test center?

when i try to make account with my other email it shows "Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted"
