Help canceling exam voucher.

Hello Team,

As per the email received in month of May about "Peace of Mind Protection" I had booked made the payment and got the voucher. To appear for exam in month of Jun and incase of failure I re-appear before 15th Aug.

However due to an medical emergency I had to undergo an eye surgery (Vitrectomy) (attached) and recovery of the same is going to take 3/4 weeks as suggested by my eye specialist.

Note:- I have just made the payment and got the voucher. However, I was unable to progress with actual exam booking for month of June.

Appreciate quick help you can offer to cancel this voucher and money refund. Thanks in advance. Victrectomy related document.

Thanks Andrea. Pls can you from where can I obtain the candidate id? The payment receipt I received didnt mention anything about it.

@amitv08 I see you already have your CC; so you can just provide your member ID # if you have that & email address when you contact the team. If not, just provide your email address when you call/email to have them look up your account.
