topic change endorser - cissp cert holder instead (isc)2? in Member Support

I would like to change endorser, instead ISC as I applied originally, I would like to be endorsed by a CISSP cert holder, hoping that endorsement process would be quicker? After submitting the endorsement application I got in touch with a colleague who is CISSP certified and I can request to be endorsed by him. Is it possible to submit a new endorsement application?
