topic CISSP cancelation or credit? in Member Support

Hello,

I booked my CISSP exam for September which in hindsight was a bad idea. I don't think I'll need that much time to study.

The peace of mind offer recently popped up, so my employer offered to purchase that for me, which I need to book the 1st exam before May 15th and if I fail, the second exam needs to be booked before July 15th. Since my first booking was for September, do I need to cancel that attempt before I can book the peace of mind ones?

I don't want to cancel and lose $100 if I may still need it. I'd rather a credit or another voucher be applied to my account. Is this an option?

Thanks
