    <description>This isn't really a question as I was able to find the answer. So just want to help out others that may have the same question!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an error saying your account is not fully Provisioned, all you have to do is go to your profile and update everything and make sure it's all completely filled out.</description>

Did you have to wait were you able to continue right away?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Already contacted member support, but even they had "synced" my profile again, I am still getting the same error message and unable to proceed to the endorsement step.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
