Africa the hackers playground?

It appears as a developing nation, that Africa is firmly within the eyes of the hackers, with over 11 million having been stolen from the Banks and Telecommunications sectors.

Glad that the article calls out one of the "hacking" groups.

It is unfortunate that other groups are also not being called out. Another common form of hacking affects many seniors (ladies and gents) being bilked out of thousands and thousands of dollars every year.

Would love to see (ISC)2 or someone setting up and doing formalized trainings for these folks (yes I know there is training material available but have not seen an effort to reach out (maybe I missed something) beyond a few places in the USA.
