Ransomware/Virus Statistics

I am looking for some statistics regarding the likleyhood of an organsisation getting hit with ransomware. Also looking for similar stats for computer viruses. I have tried CISA and NCSC though they don't seem to have the facts I am looking for.

In work for a company of arounf 250 employees and there has been no reported incident in the last year which i find hard to beleive so i am trying to get a reputable source.

If it's specifically malware you could look at Virus Total.

Also most of the malware vendors or threat intelligence firms now offer something patterned along the lines of the DBIR.
