Dollar figures appear close to my recollection but never saw a celebrity or major politician's records up for sale. What appears to be missing is that one medical record can be used for all sorts of fraud from Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Disability, Identity, Mortgage theft. The list goes on and on.

For practitioners I seriously suggest looking into deceptive security.
