      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately this doesn't surprise me.&amp;nbsp; Emailing the wrong recipient, replying to all, sending personal data to organisations with whom you have no contract/sharing agreement etc. are all too common.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The unfortunate part of this is that you can change "Australia" to almost any country.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I started in Security (oh too many years ago), I saw a presentation by William H. Murray and he said that 85% of all security issues were related to humans (typically insiders).....of course being a newbie to the field, I thought he was stretching the truth.....He wasn't and this is still the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the article.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;d&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
