    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the New Zealand Government guidance on the use of Generative AI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This includes 10 “Do’s” to use GenAI safely within the Public Service&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Robustly govern the use of GenAI&lt;BR /&gt;2. Assess and manage for privacy risks&lt;BR /&gt;3. Assess and control for security risks&lt;BR /&gt;4. Consider Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi)&lt;BR /&gt;5. Use AI ethically and ensure accuracy&lt;BR /&gt;6. Be accountable&lt;BR /&gt;7. Be transparent, including to the public&lt;BR /&gt;8. Exercise caution when using open-source AI&lt;BR /&gt;9. Apply the Government procurement principles&lt;BR /&gt;10.
