Dig deeper, into the links, and ask yourself, is this advice just plain out of date and out of step with what is actually going on within Cyber security these days. My personal view is lame, and does not go far enough. To the point of being sensitive to the head of organisations feelings and it has a hint of diplomacy, even misguided advice.

Your thoughts welcomed, just tell it as it is in reality.
