      <description>&lt;P&gt;I feel that their stats are true.&amp;nbsp; Burnout is real although not recognized by health officials or management alike.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have offered to do a session on this many times at Congress but never have had then selected....;(&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a manager, I used to monitor staff to ensure that they were not burning out or just super stressed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think that burnout happens in many industries and really is nothing new.....but usually goes unnoticed as the person typically quits and moved on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;d&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
