Hi,

if a candidate would violate against the ISC2 canons and commit fraud, cheating or similar, does he have to go the jail?

Was there in the past a process like this? Or what does the person have to expect?

If you have evidence of a violation of the Code of Ethics by a certified (ISC)2 member or a candidate for certification, to include cheating on an (ISC)2 exam or falsifying a submitted experience resumé, follow the procedures shown at

If you have evidence of a violation of state or commonwealth law in the case of fraud against a client or the public, which might involve fraudulent performance for money, or a violation of public safety or licensing laws, contact either the local police or prosecuting attorney's office. If you have evidence of of fraudulent violation of national (federal) law, contact the local FBI office or the equivalent national law enforcement organizatoin if you are not in the USA.
