      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think GDPR offers some derogation on a member state level to this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See DPA 2018.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
