Membership Cancelation

Not sure where else to post this, but I became a candidate last year for the free CC certification. After logging back in, I realized that I would have to pay an annual fee, and I do not use ISC2 very much, so I would like to cancel my membership. How do I cancel it? I can not find any cancellation options on my dashboard.

@JakeB You effectively cancelled it by not paying to renew. ISC2 gave you a one year membership ($50) for no cost. They also gave you a few hundred dollars worth of self-study training and an exam voucher. I am guessing that you let that expire as well. If you had taken the exam and passed, the annual maintenance fee is $50 on that as well (membership and maintenance fees are different even though the same price for CC) to maintain the certification.

I just opened my account again today after months, so I'm assuming it has all expired then. It says

Candidate dues September 1st, 2025-August 31st 2026. So, do I just not pay to cancel it? I want to get rid of it now so I don't forget to in the future.
