The CAC initially published a draft on May 12 this year. The regulation is called “<A href="http://www.cac.gov.cn/2021-08/20/c_1631049984897667.htm" target="_blank"><STRONG>Several Provisions on the Management of Automobile Data Security (for Trial Implementation)</STRONG></A>,” hereinafter “enacted regulation”.
