Then can use that document and take your experience directly from that and relate that to the domains. Congratulations on passing your exam(s).

Hello everyone, and I hope this message finds the ISC Support team well.

Approximately two weeks ago, I provisionally passed the CISSP exam.
However, I have not yet received an official confirmation email, nor does my dashboard indicate that I have passed.

When I attempted to begin the endorsement process, the following message appeared:

"Your account has not been fully provisioned yet. Contact Member Services at membersupport@isc2.org for additional information."

I contacted support as instructed, but I have not yet received a response
(I have also sent a follow-up message).

As I am now quite concerned about the situation, I decided to post here for guidance.
Could someone please advise me on what steps I should take?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

I passed may exam on Feb 26th 2026. From there I learned a few things that may help. After passing the exam, you'll have to wait a bit (Maybe a week) for the exam to be reviewed. From there you'll receive an acknowledgment stating that the exam was reviewed and now you can start your endorsement application. This process is not difficult but you'll need to provide information on your experience and contact information for someone that can validate your background. If you know a ISC2 member to endorse you, you'll need thier membership number. After submitting the application you have to wait several weeks for the application to be reviewed. You'll receive another email when this review process is complete. From there, you'll need to provide payment to ISC2 for annual membership dues. If you paid the $50.00 candidate fee then this will be applied to the $135.00. Once this payment process is complete, then you have to wait 6-8 weeks from the start of the next month for the welcome kit to be sent out.

Hope this helps

Was wondering what the endorsement process was like. Can any ISC2 member endorse or should they have prove acquaintance with the person on a professional level?

I was wondering how it would work for someone who wanted to look for alternative career paths and not necessarily without their employer consenting or being aware of it. This then gets tricky when it comes to getting their skills endorsed. Also, if someone has passed the exam, why bother with all the extra endorsement?

The endorsement process is a requirement to complete the CISSP certification. I do belief that any active ISC2 member can endorse you or you can request endorsement directly from ISC2. If you go this route, they may want to contact employer to validate your experience.
