I attempted to purchase a CISSP course, and although the payment shows on my credit card, the transaction failed at the end and the course was not added to my account.

Please investigate this issue and either add the course to my account or process a refund as soon as possible.

I can provide any additional information required, including screenshots, transaction amount, date, and my account email address.

yes I have sent a form last week and had no response. I also tried to call all the numbers on the contact us page, no one picked it up.
could anyone from ISC2 resolve this issue for me please?

it's all sorted, the pending transaction didn't go through, and I completed a new order via paypal. thanks all
